I Just Placed an Order — When Will It Ship?

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Please note that shipping times may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, holidays, customs delays, or carrier disruptions. While most orders arrive on time, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Yes — orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without any penalty.
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the subject line:

I Entered the Wrong Shipping Address
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
You can reply to your order confirmation email with the correct shipping details. Address changes are usually possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
My Item Arrived Damaged
We carefully package all orders to help prevent damage during transit. However, in rare cases, items may arrive damaged during shipping.
If this happens, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
Once verified, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
